I will continue to give you updated information as I get it from my scientific and homeopathic resources.
First, what do we know?
As of today, 3-16-20, at 6:00 am there are 170,187 reported cases worldwide with 6,525 deaths. In the US there are 3,802 cases, 69 deaths with 122 new case since yesterday.
This is not like zombie apocalypse in the movies.
80% of the cases reported have mild flu-like symptoms.
70% are males.
Incubation is 2-14 days
The major symptoms are high fever, sudden onset. Dry cough. Fatigue. Sore throat, runny nose, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and wet mucous productive cough are usually not associated with Corona virus infections
Mild cases will last for two weeks. More severe cases can last up to six weeks.
The time from fever to onset of severe symptoms, shortness of breath, is about 1 week. If you are sick more than a week, it is a good thing. It is less likely that you will get pneumonia and become seriously ill.

Corona Virus spreads through the air. The virus is in the water droplets that are exhaled from your nose and mouth during cough and sneeze. They fall to the ground or on a surface after a cough or sneeze. This is usually less six feet from your mouth. When you inhale the virus, it enters the body through the lining of the respiratory system, nose and lungs, not the mouth or digestive tract, not the skin. It is not sexually transmitted. Wearing a mask helps to decrease how far your cough spreads it and decreases your likelihood of inhaling it. Putting a drop of Thieves Essential Oil on your mask helps kill the virus. Do not waste your Thieves Oil if you are not around known ill people. Use it only when you know you are around someone who is infected. If you do not have a mask, make one from any kind of cotton cloth, handkerchief, or scarf. Wash them in soap and water at the end of each day.
Comorbidities are health issues that increase risk of serious illness if you are infected. They include Heart Disease, Chronic Respiratory Illness, Diabetes, Cancer, and Treatment with Immune Suppressant drugs.
Three factors to consider here:
One. The medication group ACE Inhibitors increases the risk. They are very common medications used for treating high blood pressure and diabetes. They all end in -pril. Here is a list:
Benazepril
Captopril
Enalapril
Fosinopril
Lisinopril
Moexipril
Perindopril
Quinapril
Ramipril
Trandolapril
Do not stopped these medications if you are taking them. Talk to your doctor about alternative medications for a short period of until this threat passes.
Two. These conditions are more common as we age. As we age and when we have chronic illnesses, our bodies have a reduced ability to produce antioxidants. Antioxidants are necessary to counteract the effects of the waste products produced by every cell in our bodies. When we have these illnesses, take prescription medications, and eat food with a lot of chemicals, we have much more waste and toxins to deal with.
We know that colored vegetables, green tea, garlic, cinnamon, and all antioxidant supplements are going to be helpful to prevent infection if you do inhale the virus.
Three. Testosterone seems to promote the infection. This explains why more men have been infected. If you are taking testosterone supplements, you might consider stopping them for a period of time until the threat passes. This does include body building products used by many athletes.
What decreases risk and what improves your body’s ability to fight this?
Your mind.
In my opinion, after studying the mind and how to control it for the last 30 years, I believe this to be the most important. It has now been proven that thoughts actually have mass. It is very minute, but our thoughts influence our bodies directly. Most of our body functions are running on automatic based on our previous experiences and past thinking. We can only change the function by what and how we think today and in the future.
Fear makes your body more acidic which increases the need for antioxidants and is detrimental to our immune system.
Interferon kills this virus. You can take it as a medication, but it is only used for the seriously ill. However, your body will make lots of interferon if you give it instructions to do that. Fear reduces interferon production. Talking positively to yourself increases interferon. Meditating, sitting in the sunshine, walking in a peaceful environment all increase interferon production in your body.
Imagining yourself being healthy in the future, doing the things you love to do, increases production of interferon and antioxidants.
Anything that you do naturally that makes you feel good increases production of interferon, endorphins, and antioxidants. This does not include alcohol, smoking, or drug use. They, in fact, have a negative effect on interferon and antioxidant production.

Sunshine
Sunshine increases serotonin production in your body. This makes you feel good and decreases acidity associated with fear. Be careful not to burn and peel. Get your sunshine before 10 am and after 3 pm. You will have less damage to your skin if you avoid too much of the mid-day sun.
Exercise and Movement.
All wastes are removed from our cells through the lymphatic system. Lymphatic fluid bathes all our cells. The waste from every cell is dumped into this fluid. The fluid is moved from around your cells into your blood stream by movement of your muscles. The pumping action of muscular movement is vital to keeping your immune system healthy and working for your benefit.
Food
Pure food is essential. Fresh is best. It has all the antioxidants you need. Food additives can be detrimental to your immune system. Over cooking food also can cause inflammation and decrease immune function. Raw fruit and veggies steamed or lightly cooked are best. Broiled meat is best. Deep fried foods should be avoided. The heat creates Trans Fats which cause you to build unhealth cell membranes. High sugar foods also sabotage your immune system. Acid drinks like coffee, black tea, energy drinks, and all carbonated beverages are detrimental to your immune system.
Water
Water is essential for a healthy body. You should drink between 1/3 to 1/2 your body weight in ounces per day. This does not include any other beverages that you consume. There are shortages of bottled water these days, so use your tape water and filter it if possible.
Routes of Elimination
Getting wastes out of your body is very important. Once the lymphatic system has moved the wastes into the blood, we eliminate them through our liver and digestive tract, kidneys and urine, lungs and breath, and skin oil and sweat. Drink lots of water, move your bowels every day, do some deep breathing every day, and create a sweat every day. If you tend to be constipated add some magnesium 250 mg, one in am and 1-3 at bedtime. Reduce it if your stools get too soft. Exercise every day to breathe deeply and make you sweat. Do not use anti-perspirants.
Herbs that may Help
Garlic, fresh or supplement and onions are natural antibiotics for the respiratory system. They do have anti-viral properties as well. Cinnamon bark, elderberry, skullcap, stinging nettle, and green tea have all been shown to have activity against this Corona virus. You do not need to take all of these but try to take at least one of them a day.
What do I do if I think I am infected with Corona Virus?
The hospital has no treatment for the 80% who are mildly ill. Only go to the hospital if you have shortness of breath and have an oxygen level (tested by pulse oximeter) of 90% or below. If you do go to the hospital, wear a mask or kerchief. Do not expect them to supply masks and do not steal theirs. Supplies are getting short. You do not need to wear gloves. If you do go to the hospital be courteous and expect to wait a long time. They are being flooded with people, some of whom are not really that ill. Do not waste their resources. You might feel very ill. Fever, dry cough, and fatigue.
For fever.
Buy a thermometer. A fever is part of a healthy immune system. The virus cannot live at a temperature over 100.5. So, if you have a fever, do not try to lower it right away. If it gets very high or after an hour or so over 100.5. Begin by taking a warm bath. The water evaporating off you skin will cool your body. Do not take a cold bath. That can shock your system too much. Research has shown that taking a hot bath with Epsom salts will reduce rate of viral infections by 75%. Regular bathtub or hot tub works great. Hot showers do not raise your core temperature enough to help. Taking hot baths before you get ill can be very helpful. You may use Tylenol or Acetaminophen, but avoid Aspirin and Motrin in all forms to prevent Reyes Syndrome complications.
The next thing to consider for fever are Homeopathic remedies. Hom. Belladonna has long been a fever remedy. It works best if the fever is accompanied by redness of the face, neck or body. If there is no redness, then use Hom. Ferrum Phosphoricum. Use a 30C potency and take one dose every 10-15 minutes until the fever breaks and a sweat or chills occur. Then stop giving the remedy until the fever comes back again, and it will come back. When it does, let it ride again for an hour then use the remedy again.
Homeopathic remedies can be extended so you will never run out as long as you have water. These remedies are made by dilution. It does not really make any sense because in chemistry we see that things get weaker when they are diluted. In homeopathy it is the opposite, remedied get strong when they are diluted more. The key is that they must be shaken or succussed 25 to 40 times between each dilution. The number of dilutions and succussions is the number part of the potency. If the dilution is 10/1 it is an X potency and if it is 100/1 it is a C potency. So, a 30C potency has been diluted 1 to 100 30 times.
When you want to extend the remedy, add one or two pellets to a bottle of water, no matter the size of the container. Then succus it 25-40 times and then all of that water will have that potency. When the bottle is nearly empty, just refill the bottle with water and succus it again and then that water is a potentized remedy just a little stronger than before. This is sort of like starting yogurt, kombucha, or sourdough. The remaining water carries the code to the rest of the new water. It can go on and on. That way you only need a few starter pellets to treat yourself and your family with these wonderful homeopathic medicines. This is great, because supplies of pellets are already running low. I will be making a video in a few days to explain this further.
For a cough.
The Corona virus cough is dry. There is usually no mucous, production, or blood. The chest can feel tight. If your cough is wet and productive it is probably influenza or something other than Corona virus.
Vinegar steams can be helpful. Place one cup of vinegar to one quart of water in a saucepan. Bring the vinegar water to a near boil so it is steaming. Roll up a newspaper or magazine so it is like a funnel. Place the wide end over the steaming water and hold your nose and mouth over the narrow end and inhale the steam. Do not put Vicks Vaporub or Eucalyptus oil in the water. The menthol and aromatic compounds in them can neutralize any homeopathic remedies that you are taking. Be very careful if you are doing this over a gas stove. Turn the flame burner off when you have the newspaper over the pan.
The homeopathic remedy for dry cough is Spongea 30C one dose every one to two hours.
For cough with a wheezing chest use Antimonium Tart 30C one dose every one to two hours.
The remedy for coughing until gagging or vomiting is Ipecacuanha 30C one dose with every coughing episode. This is made from Syrup of Ipecac which causes vomiting, however in homeopathy, like cures like and therefore it stops vomiting and cough until gagging
The remedy for pneumonia is Phosphorus 30C or 200C.
Again, you can extend the remedy by putting one or two pellets in water and continuing to add water as the container gets close to empty. This works on the vibrational frequency level of subatomic particles rather than the cellular level like regular over the counter and prescription medicine.
Some old family remedies call for the use of onions and garlic in poultices on the chest or the bottoms of the feet. Please do not use these if you are taking homeopathic remedies since they can neutralize the homeopathic remedy.
For Fatigue
The third most common symptom of Corona virus infection is fatigue. Rest and sleep are the most important healing modality. Massage, Acupuncture, and Craniosacral can also be helpful.
The homeopathic remedy for fatigue, especially if it lingers after recovery, is Gelsemium 200C potency, given one dose twice a day for 5 days.
So, what are we going to do?
As a national and global community, isolation is a way to slow and stop the spread, but it will take drastic measures.
As an individual, get your mind right. Get some of the herbal and homeopathic remedies that I mentioned so you do not get it. If you do get the infection, use your mind and your remedies to heal yourself. The medical community will be overwhelmed, and they really do not have any good treatments anyway. They can save the lives of some of the critical patients but cannot do much for the mild to moderately sick. Pray for perfect health for yourself. Be considerate of the people in your community. Do your best to care for yourself.
