How to Rehabilitate a Joint Naturally

Here are some ways to bebuild and repair the connective tissues in a joint.

To rebuild the cartilage use generic Osteo Bi Flex or Everflex by Nature’s Sunshine

Chondroitin 12-1500mg

Glucosamine 12-1500mg

MSM 500mg

These are the ingredients in the correct ratio. Take two twice a day

To dissolve bone spurs

Hydrangea approximately 300 mg

Take one capsule three times per day, day 1-25 each month for three months

Homeopathic Calcerea Carbonicum 6C

Dissolve one pellet once per day in mouth on hydrangea  days

To build lubrication in the joint

Baxyl

Take ½ teaspoon once per day

 

Regular low impact exercise such as biking and swimming
