Speak when you’re angry and you’ll make the best speech you’ll ever regret.–Lawrence J. Peter
It is normal to feel anger and it might be beneficial to experience that emotion. Do not lash out at someone since that usually leads to big regrets. Instead, process that anger quickly. Analyze what made you angry and what would you rather have instead. Then focus on that solution. When you do that the anger subsides and chances are very good that you will create your desire and and the thing that made you angry will disappear. It was there to help you clarify what you really, really desire.
